We schedule a preliminary interview to get to know each other, clarify the way you work and your expectations (free of charge). At the end of this interview, we sign a contract of mutual commitment.

We define your coaching goals together. For companies: in collaboration with your manager and/or HR director.

7 to 10 sessions lasting between 1.5 and 2 hours according to your needs – in person or via video call.

Coaching is based on a contract signed by the different parties involved.
Communication and interpersonal relations are at the heart of my professional career.
I’ve worked for 10 years internationally, had various experiences in communication. For 10 years, I’ve been coaching senior engineers from Ecole Centrale de Lyon where I was in charge of career. During that time, I earned a coaching diploma and focused on areas like leadership, communication, skill assessment, transitioning into new roles.
My aim is to help managers everywhere to thrive in their roles, lead better and create a better place to work for all. Getting people to learn for themselves to come up with their own ideas.
I coach in English, Spanish and French.
